You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

3. Purchases and Payment

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for certain reasons including but not limited to: product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, error in your order or other reasons.

All prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right, at any time, to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

Product descriptions, images, and specifications are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to display products accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your device's display of colors accurately reflects the color of the products.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We will arrange for shipment of the products to you. Please note that we do not ship to P.O. boxes. You will be charged shipping and handling charges based on your location and the weight of your order.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for any losses, damages, costs, or expenses arising from delays in delivery beyond our reasonable control.

Title and risk of loss for all products ordered by you shall pass to you upon our delivery to the shipping carrier.

6. Returns and Refunds

We offer a 30-day return policy on most products. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@rabandoh.com. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to our error.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, you will be refunded within 7-10 business days using your original method of payment.

Certain items are not eligible for return including custom-built computers, opened software, and clearance items.

7. Warranty

All products sold by Rabandoh come with the manufacturer's warranty unless otherwise specified. The warranty period and terms vary by product and manufacturer.

We are not responsible for any warranty claims. All warranty claims must be processed directly with the manufacturer. However, we will assist you in facilitating warranty claims when possible.

Products are provided "as is" without any warranties beyond those provided by the manufacturer. We disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Rabandoh and its licensors.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Ghana, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
